New moderator solution..Updated

Take note vote cancelling is not allowed and make sure u choose carefully...
The head moderator and senior moderator is incharged of training the new moderator.
If you dont know who they are senior moderator is Y2D
Head moderator is X31(iliketolie)

we will use a system to talley the votes 60% and high rankers(moderator and above has a another vote 40%)

You do know that 2 candidates voted for themselves and Divinefury didn't. Isn't it a bit unfair due to you 2 having 1 extra vote due to you voting for yourselves. I feel ashamed of you 2. Just because people don't vote for you now, doesn't mean there won't be elections in the future. Due to moderators not going online on forums, our control over clan forums are further lowered. So get this straight ariefm, we just think that divine should get the chance as he is mostly on forums.

Well voting for yourself is something no one should actually do as it is not right of someone having an extra vote cause they voted for themselves. Well I just don't want another moderator to be out of the position, and I don't really see anyone other than divine on forums mostly (other than daspamma). We just experienced a moderator being kicked out of position and I don't want that to happen again.

There is only 1 admin now maybe will go back 2.
and you think i dont know isit you guys never advertise in xbox -.-. i even linked the forum to google.and you think im a robot? 24 hours manage forums for 7 days a week -.- thats why we need a moderator.Incase yourself or other people abided the rules.And some times you see me online but im not i have 10+ tabs in firefox so im not in forums.
