    The Halo Legends movie wasn't by Bungie, nor did Bungie request that. It was made by some fans of Halo, probably affected the way Ensemble was to affectionate for Halo they made HaloWars.

    Think of it Movie is expensive, if you use an area for a shoot you need to pay at least a few hundred, whereas you make a comic it is absolutely free, but it still cost, when you have to publish it.
